My ambition is to become a designer of restaurant interiors. I have been documenting my findings photographically since 2016 and here I am creating an archive of what has inspired me. My idea of a successful dining space delivers food with an experience which is created atmospherically through both the live theatre and the designed interior. I am interested in how these spaces are designed and how they are used by the customer and the employees.
Most recently this page is filled with Ukrainian restaurants in Lviv where I spent the February 2020 reading week exploring the city and dining at a mammoth 25 venues.
